Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction of a permanent roof structure over the existing double multi-purpose sports courts to create a multi-purpose Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA) at Mackay Northern Beaches State High School located at 30 Rosewood Drive, Rural View QLD 4740.

Contractor is responsible for all statutory, local government approvals and certification in line with Department of Education requirements, AS/NZ standards and National Construction Code (NCC). Facility is to be appropriately rated to cyclone category region. Location of services and geotechnical testing is required to be undertaken by the successful contractor to inform the design.
