Tender Description
Allied Projects invites suitable qualified contractors to submit a quote for the remediation works of a 20-unit apartment building plus common area located within the City of Cockburn locality. The project involves:
- leaking & plumbing issues,
- water damage,
- concrete & structural works,
- roof works incl. gutters & downpipes,
- fire detection & alarm system.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 2pm Wednesday 1st Dec 2021. Please send notification of attendance by COB Monday 29th Nov 2021 to the above email address. Tender closing date is 4pm Friday 17th Dec 2021.
