Tender Description

The Scope of Works for this package includes:

• Construction of the mine administration building

• Supply, freight, construction and commissioning of the Heavy Mobile Equipment and light vehicles workshops

• Supply, freight, construction and commissioning of the warehouse and stores facilities

• Supply, freight, construction and commissioning of the heavy and light vehicle refuelling and lubrication facilities

• Supply, freight, construction and commissioning of a product haulage road train maintenance facilities

• Supply, freight, construction and commissioning of the tyre change facility

• Supply, freight, construction and commissioning of the utilities and services infrastructure including process water treatment plant, sewerage treatment plant, tanks and pumping infrastructure

The selected Contractor is expected to complete all trade disciplines including:

• Detailed earthworks and local drainage

• Structural, Mechanical & Piping

• Installation of Principal supplied/nominated equipment

• Electrical and Instrumentation

The selected Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labour, specified equipment and furnishings, tools, consumables and operating supplies, materials and incidentals, and perform all necessary operations required for the Scope of Works described above.

The Project Proponent shall provide workforce transportation from Cairns, via Aurukun to site, as well as accommodation on site, diesel, a concrete batch plant and site security.

Please note that the Project Proponent may split the above Scope of Works into multiple packages.
