The Scope of Works for this package includes provision of bus transport services to the Project construction phase of the Project. The construction duration will be approximately 24 months.

The Scope of Works for this package includes two portions, which may or may not be separable:

Construction and Pre-Operations (approximately 24mths)

1. Transfers (Aurukun airport to project site/return) – max 36 seats
 Mobilisation and demobilisation of bus fleet and personnel
 Undertaking airport transfers, to and from the Aurukun airport (to the construction camp and return) in line with the Project roster schedule
 Additional ad-hoc transfers between Aurukun and the construction camp as required
 Undertaking weekly transfers of on-shift (day off) construction personnel to Weipa and return to site (day trips)
 Upkeep and bus vehicle maintenance, including provision of back-up busses as required to allow for repairs/breakdowns
 Vehicle repair and maintenance Operations

2. In addition to requirements above for the Construction and Pre-Operations phase (which would continue during Operations) provision of a 36 seat (maximum) service to provide
 Transfers from Weipa to the mine site Accommodation Village and return
 Additional ad-hoc charters, as required

The expected initial contract term would be for at least five years.

The selected Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labour, specified equipment, including all furnishings, tools, consumables and operating supplies, materials and incidentals, and perform all necessary operations required for the Scope of Works generally described above.

The Project Proponent shall provide workforce accommodation on site.
