The Australian Army seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability and capacity to develop and provide an iOS/Android mobile application to assist with the scoring and aggregation of scores during army shooting competitions.

A semi-automated solution for scoring is critical in the modernisation of combat shooting competitions, as well as enhancing the Australian Army's reputation in the conduct of world class military shooting competitions.

The current method of scoring is conducted by the process of manually transferring the number of hits in each target scoring zone onto a score card, collection of the score cards and manually input the raw scores into the scoring database. For complex matches in a shooting competition this process can delay the program for up to 50 minutes.

During the Australian Army Skill at Arms Meet (AASAM) the Statistician Cell manually process approximately 7,400 score cards for the AASAM ADF and International competition.
