Box Hill Institute (BHI) invites you to submit a Tender for the provision of grounds maintenance services which are required at our Box Hill Campuses. These services will take the form of planned and reactive grounds maintenance to ensure the campuses are maintained in a safe and tidy manner to the satisfaction, safety and enjoyment of students, staff and visitors.

In providing the services, the successful Tenderer will work with BHI staff to ensure that the full suite of grounds maintenance services are identified, appropriately planned, scheduled and completed on time and within budgetary constraints.

The Institute’s Box Hill Campuses are located within the City of Whitehorse, east of the Melbourne CBD.

Through this RFT process, BHI is seeking bids from suitably qualified businesses who wish to enter into an agreement with BHI for the provision of these services. It is expected that the initial term of this agreement will be three (3) years with options to extend by one (1) additional year up to two (2) times (i.e. 3 + 1 + 1) at the sole discretion of BHI.
