Expressions of Interest are called from suitably experienced builders wishing to be included on the tender panel for the above project which is anticipated to go to Tender in January 2022.

Total project consist of:

- Demolition of existing Science Building;
- Refurbishment and extension to existing Library – approx. 620m2
- Construction of a New 2 Storey building - approx. 2350m2
