Elgas (a BOC Company) invites all the qualified and experienced contractors to bid for the extensive circuit tracing and development of associated drawings/documentation for its Deer Park site.

Currently there are some electrical drawings for different parts of the site, but not complete sets of drawings for the site making troubleshooting very difficult. These drawings have generally been developed as part of larger projects and then not updated when smaller changes have been made.

Due to the age of the site also, large sections of the electrical equipment have been installed with no circuit ID, drawings or documentation.

Scope includes but not limited to

• Develop site electrical block diagrams
• Update distribution board schedules
• Trace all circuits on site entering/exiting control rooms/panels & verify against existing drawings
• Trace/document all field circuits
• Develop circuit identification/schedule
• Install circuit identification tags during identification process
• Develop single line diagrams for site
• Develop control and instrumentation loop diagrams for instrumentation on site
• Update current electrical drawings & develop new where needed
• Develop switchboard/SL diagrams for cabinets on site etc.
