The District Council of Yankalilla invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the upgrade of Park Street, Grundy Street and Finniss Vale Drive, Second Valley. The Council will enter into a Contract for the Services with the successful Tenderer.

As part of the 2021/2022 Annual Business Plan the District Council of Yankalilla resolved to undertake the upgrade of Park and Grundy Street & Finniss Vale Drive, Second Valley. This project incorporates the following broad scope of works;

• Construction of road pavement and reseal on Grundy Street, Second Valley
• Construction of extruded concrete kerbs, and the various kerb transitions and end treatments
• Construction of new stormwater infrastructure on Park Street, Second Valley
• Construction of new stormwater infrastructure Finniss Vale Drive, Second Valley

No onsite construction works are to commence prior to Monday 31st of January 2022 as to avoid Summer School Holidays. Site surveys and some preliminary works may occur prior to this date.
