Tender Description
Generator Property Management Pty Ltd is established as a transaction company in accordance with the Electricity Generator Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2012 (NSW) and seeks suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit tenders for the provision and operation a reliable water treatment plant to remove the identified contaminants contained in the waters discharged through the site stormwater and groundwater management systems across the Munmorah site located within the boundary of Central Coast Council on the Central Coast of NSW.
The scope of works has been divided into two parts:
1. Design, Construct and commission
- a suitable water treatment system to remove contaminants from waters
- a suitable water transfer pumps to supply water to treatment plant
- a suitable water transfer pumps to discharge water from treatment plant
- All safety and environmental controls required for safe operation of the treatment plant
2. Maintain and operate the water treatment system for a minimum 1 year with an optional 4 x 1 year extensions as determined by GPM including all reagent/absorbent material, consumables and compliance reporting to demonstrate discharge water meets discharge criteria.
