Work is continuing the refurbishment of the Bank of NSW., Council is inviting EOI from interested parties to put forward a business proposal regarding the use and lease of the building, such as a bakery , a restaurant or as a retail outlet.

Council will favour expression of interest which provides the most benefits to the community and will best showcase the building, such as a bakery, a restaurant or as a retail outlet.

EOI should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer at ceo@cue.wa.gov.au or PO Box 84 Cue WA 6640 by 4pm on 15 December 2021.
