1.0 Expression of Interest
NCN Health is seeking suitably qualified building contractors to undertake the construction of alterations and additions to the NCN Health - Cobram Campus. The project for the construction of a new Urgent Care Centre (UCC) and alteration and additions to separate the main public entry for the health Campus.

The broad scope of the project is to address staff safety concerns at the lack of separation and supervision in the existing UCC facility between the staff and the public, address the lack of separation between pedestrian and ambulance access to urgent care and the main health service foyer and improve the infection control measures through design.
The initial scope for the project is to consider:
01 New ambulance bay with separate vehicle access.
02 New UCC with separate entry foyer and triage room and clinical treatment spaces linked back to the existing facility.
03 Reconfigure the existing entry and waiting spaces within the main site to provide more secure and discrete staff access paths of travel and allow for separation of the public when required.
04 Redevelop the site pedestrian access and parking areas.
