Work is continuing on the refurbishment of the Bank of NSW. Council is inviting expressions of interest from interested parties to put forward a business proposal regarding the use and lease of the building, such as a bakery, a restaurant or as a retail outlet.

Council will favour expressions of interest which provides the most benefit to the community and will best showcase the building.
