Refurbish a 30 year old demountable office space.
Bring it to a habitable standard.
Demountable to be demolished in 2025 to be replaced with a new permanent structure.
Refurbishment of building
1.Male Bathroom Replace Hot water system and Cistern repair floor shower area and clean up.
2. Female Toilet clean up.
3. Kitchen in Admin room clean up, instal plumbing for dishwasher.
4. Supply and Instal lockable sliding screen door on double door.
5. Repair leaking roof.
6. Replace water damaged wall panelling at doorway or cover up.
7. Supply and install 1 small air conditioner in UC office and 2 large air conditioners or 1 very large air conditioner in Admin room.
8. Supply and instal security lighting.
9. Repair side entry door to storage shed.
10.Remove existing sliding door, supply and fit roller door, door frame may have to be extended. Access ramp to be supplied and fitted to both sides under roller door.
11. install GPO’s where marked.
12. Replace damaged carpet tiles
13. building to be made fire safety compliant.
14. Fabricate and install 3 permanent partitions as directed to be 1.8 m high.
15. Supply entry bench with shelving and access flap as per plan.
16. Install shelving in storeroom.
17. It to be wired for connectivity and data projector and screen to be installed.
Site location is Port Kembla, NSW.
Tenderers must be located within 100km radius.
