The Parkes Showground Land Manager are seeking to appoint a Head Contractor to Construct the New Pavilion at Parkes Showground.

The project will deliver a multipurpose venue to be utilised by the Parkes show, Parkes Elvis Festival and multiple other community groups and organisations.

The project has tight reporting schedules and Grant Conditions. Compliance with timeframes will be a key selection criterion, along with practice capability; practice relevant experience; and project understanding.
