Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for out of hospital solutions for accommodation and care provision for long-stay younger patients.
Queensland Health is seeking to engage with the market to gather information focused on supporting a collaborative approach to discharge a group of long-stay patients who have complex accommodation and support needs that may not be available as a standalone offering, thus requiring multiple stakeholder interventions.
Queensland Health has issued this RFI with the objectives of:
- identifying innovative options and a range of possible solutions to address long standing challenges faced by patients with complex support needs that need to be managed in the community
- receiving ideas on short and long-term innovative solutions that could meet the out-of-hospital accommodation and complex support needs for a cohort of under 65 years old long-stay patients.
