The above mentioned items will be sold to the highest bidder.
It is recommended that bidders inspect the items before placing a bid. To arrange a viewing please contact the Shire Administration Officer at email: admin@cocos.wa.gov.au
Tenders must be submitted on the Council’s Tender Bid Form, all sections are to be completed – tenders not submitted on the Tender Bid Form will not be considered.
Please submit all bids to admin@cocos.wa.gov.au by 4:00pm Wednesday 15 December.
Please clearly state ‘Tender for Sale Items’ in the subject line.
Tenders received after the closing time and date stated above, will not be considered.
Council reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
Successful bidders will be notified by 4:00pm Thursday 16 December with bids to be paid to the Shire prior to pickup. Items to be picked up prior to 1pm Monday 20th December.
