Contact Centre Services
The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) invites tenders for the supply of contact centre services to operate the Public Enquiry Service (PES) for the 2022 State Election period. Elections are conducted in a high-profile environment where risk minimisation is essential.
Suppliers considering responding to this tender should have a proven record in the provision of high quality, reliable contact centre services, with expertise in short-term campaigns and the ability to scale up within short time frames.
The Opportunity
The successful supplier will partner with the VEC to deliver the PES to provide high quality, accessible information to Victorians to the public, and to manage the large volume of enquiries effectively and efficiently for the 2022 State election.
The successful supplier will deliver services with the following communication channels and functionality: inbound and outbound telephone, Interactive Voice Response, voicemail and call back, email, (outbound) mail fulfillment and tailored customer relationship management system. Tender Submission
Tenders must be submitted via the Tenders VIC website by no later than 9:00am AEDT on Monday 24 January 2021. Late or faxed tenderers will not be accepted.
