Tender Description

Dementia Australia exists to support and empower the estimated half a million Australians living with dementia and almost 1.6 million people involved in their care. Dementia is the second leading cause of death in Australia yet remains one of the most challenging and misunderstood conditions. Founded by carers more than 35 years ago, today we are the national peak body for people impacted by dementia in Australia. 

 
Dementia Australia is going to out to service providers to test the market and choose a preferred supplier for the purpose of digital support including user testing, website development, hosting and maintenance, user experience design, website design, and digital strategy.
 
Through this tender process Dementia Australia will obtain pricing and service details to choose a preferred supplier based on the details outlined in tender responses. Service providers will be asked to respond to the key criteria questions below and describe how they will best support Dementia Australia to achieve our overall outcomes for the following 3 years. 
 
Dementia Australia is aiming to find a preferred supplier who can support our organisation with the following digital services and supports:
  • - User testing
  • - Website and application development
  • - User experience design
  • - Design and branding across digital channels
  • - Digital strategy
  • - Web accessibility
  • - Copywriting and content strategy
  • - Digital platform best practice
  • - Web hosting
