This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
DRC requires two staff to be available (other than short periods where reduced resourcing is negotiated and agreed in advance) on-site in our Sydney office to support a range of IT service needs (other than approved office closures or public holidays). Services are to be provided within an approved bandwidth (preferably 8am – 5pm weekdays, but must occur within the DRC’s approved operating bandwidth of 7.30 am – 7.30 pm).
DRC is specifically seeking an arrangement where a vendor can outpost staff to the DRC, and for those staff to be embedded within our environment. Where staff churn or absences occur the selected vendor must be able to provide replacement staff at short notice, to ensure that DRC maintains a minimum IT staffing cohort at our Sydney office.
