Tender Description
Expressions of interest are sought for a bar and bistro business and assets located in the Blue Mountains in NSW. The business and assets include:
- Approximately 250m2 restaurant.
- Capacity to seat 110 customers including an outdoor standing area.
- Fully licenced restaurant including full working bar.
- Existing shop fittings and fixtures.
- Stage for live band including lighting.
- 6 parking spaces including 1 disable parking.
- Full kitchen with equipment including 2 cool rooms.
- Site office.
Expressions of interest should be submitted to Frank Farrugia of Jones Partners Insolvency and Restructuring by 5pm, Wednesday, 29 December 2021. Provision of information is subject to a non-refundable deposit of $2,000.
