This tender is for Dam Safety Upgrades including earthworks to strip and reinstate the crest of the No.1 dam including placement of clays, soils and crushed rock. Installation of various new sections of pipework including standing pipes and piezometers and associated commissioning of all works. Additionally, crest repairs are required to the No.2 storage including approximately 780m of trenching, and reinstatement works.

Woodglen No.1 and No.2 raw water reservoirs are located approximately 20km north-west of Bairnsdale, Victoria that supply raw water to the Woodglen Water Treatment Plant that in turn supplies the East Gippsland region.

A compulsory pre-tender site meeting is scheduled for 10:30AM on Thursday 17th February 2022 at the project site, 1660 Lindenow-Glenaladale Road Woodglen 3875. Prospective tenderers are requested to notify the Principal's Authorised Agent of their intention to attend the site inspection.

Tender submissions must be made electronically via the East Gippsland Water online forum website, prior to close of tenders, at (see option below) Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) submissions are preferred, although files in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or Microsoft Excel (.xls or .xlsx) are also acceptable.

All tenders must be received in full before 4:00PM on Wednesday 2nd March 2022. Late tenders will not be considered. The lowest or any tender may not be accepted.
