Tender Description
The CDU Education and Community Precinct Project generally comprises the following:
- Excavation of 5,017 square metre portion of the site (excavation works by separate Earthworks Contractor)
- Construction of an approximately 230 bay underground car park over two basement levels with primary access from Woods St
- Construction of an eight-storey education establishment and community building including fit-out
- Comprehensive landscaping and public realm work
The Ceramic Tiling & Waterproffing scope includes for:
Supply and install of tiling, paving & waterproofing to internal and external areas.
