The RIC is in the midst of a multi-year transformation program to establish scalable and dynamic infrastructure to support our lending and customer service operations. The transformation program includes the implementation of a Salesforce CRM platform, a TechnologyOne ERP platform, supporting data warehouse and reporting infrastructure and the development of a future-state operating model that may involve additional technology projects.

The RIC has been utilising a mix of labour-hire and contract PMO resourcing to deliver this program and has successfully implemented Agile project management practices to support planning and delivery. Recently the RIC has experienced some difficulty recruiting in-house PMO resourcing to support the program. The RIC is therefore seeking Project Management services to deliver the Q3 and Q4 priorities of the program (to June 22)
