Tender Description

Council invites Expressions of Interest for Building Works for this staged project at the Nubeena Memorial Oval in Clarke Street Nubeena.

Tasman Civic Centre Refurbishment – Supply and delivery of all trades, services and materials to complete Stage 1.
 
Works include (but not limited to):
 
·         Relocation and upgrade of electrical switchboard
 
·         Installation of showers and toilets downstairs
 
·         Alterations and fit out to ground level rooms    including ceiling the full area
 
·         Installation of rear stairs (internal only)
 
·         Enclosing court area with glass wall and doors
