Acute Mental Health Unit Main Contractor

MDHB is seeking responses from suitably qualified building providers that have capability and capacity to act as the Main Contractor for the Acute Mental Health Unit (AMHU) project.

AMHU is a single story, 28 bed, green fields build, with a building footprint of circa 2730 sqm. The New Build will be located by Gate 4, Heretaunga St.

MDHB will use a one-step procurement process (i.e., this Request for Tender) to identify the Main Contractor to undertake the construction and deliver a building fit for purpose for its users (the Contract Works).
