Tender Description
This procurement relates to the delivery of an integrated human resources and payroll SaaS solution. Previously, these services have been provided by Transport for NSW as part of their SAP platform system. TAHE is also seeking the provision of Payroll outsourcing services. The solution is required to manage all aspects of the human resource function across the organisation, including but not limited to recruitment, performance and development, learning and development, leave requests and approvals, organisational charts, payslips, workforce analytics and insights, succession planning, employee wellbeing and payroll processing. The solution will support integration of HR and Payroll information back into the existing Transport for NSW SAP platform.
