This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Fair Work Ombudsman is seeking an experienced Seller to conduct user research and usability testing activities with:

1. the contract cleaning industry, including testing new contract cleaning website content on fairwork.gov.au, and

2. small business employers in various industries, testing the cover letter and materials that accompany FWO’s Compliance Notices

The purpose of the activities is to gauge comprehension and customer engagement and identify customer pain points, information gaps and opportunities for enhancements.

The Seller will be required to:

• Recruit research participants in accordance with requirements

• Plan and facilitate user research (on-on-one and/or group), usability testing, focus groups and/or solutions workshop sessions to achieve the research objectives.

• Delivering 2 written reports summarizing the research findings, insights and recommendations.
