Expressions of Interest are invited from Qualified Professional Hairdressers to provide hairdressing services to residents of Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS).

For aged care accreditation purposes all service providers to KDHS are required to comply with the requirements of the Aged Care Act (1997) and subsequent Accountability Principles (1998) including but not limited to:
· Entering into formal contract with KDHS;
· Have received Covid 19 vaccinations and have been vaccinated against seasonal influenza (during flu season) and able to provide evidence.
· Suitable qualifications;
· Obtaining a national police check;
· Public liability insurance for $10million;
· Appropriate local government registration (eg certificate of registration of health premises);
· Compliance with KDHS policies including infection control.

Applicants are required to submit their expression of interest to tenders@kyhealth.org.au by no later than Monday 24 January 2022 - 4.00pm and an RFQ will be sent to you.
