The expression of interst is invited for the maintenance work to the Collie Goods Shed, at Forrest Street, Collie.
A mandatory site visit attendance is organized for the Tuesday 1st February 2022 at the Collie Goods Shed and expression of interested to attend needs to be logged and receiced by 10am Thursday 27th January 2022. Attendance requests to be made to:

The objectives of the overall project are to:
• Restore the fabric of the building, the painted exterior, repair joinery of sash windows and replacement of roof plumping as required.
• As this is a pilot project to address the lack of heritage skills training in WA, the Builder is requested to work with a local contractor that is prepared to take on a student for training. This is the first project of its kind in WA and Australia. The media will be documenting the project and the deliverables documentation will form part of the audit of the project to the State Government. Attendance requested at the Opening Ceremony 3rd March 11am Collie Goods Shed, Forrest Street Collie, for the deliverables and a closing ceremony to be organized at the completion of the project.

The Shire of Collie and Heritage Skills Association may decline to accept any Eol or RFT. Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the Respondent.
