New 2 Classroom Extension, New Prep Classroom Extension, Refurbishment of Existing Prep Classrooms and other Site Infrastructure

The Roman Catholic Trust Corp. Diocese of Rockhampton for Catholic Education – Diocese of Rockhampton is inviting principal contractors to express interest for the construction of the proposed Stage 4 works of St Brendan’s Catholic Primary School at 799 Mackay Bucasia Rd, Rural View.

EOIs should include a resume of previous experience in school/education facilities, capability statement, project management staff & site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems.

From the EOI’s received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project at the discretion of the proprietor.
