Bacchus Marsh Grammar School is an independent, co-educational primary school and secondary school, a day school with Campuses at Woodlea (Aintree) and Maddingley (Bacchus Marsh). The total school student population is approximately 3100.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers interested in entering into medium term contracts for the cleaning of school buildings at its Woodlea and Maddingley campuses.

Respondents will be required to show that they understand the needs of the school community and have the resources and systems to deliver the required levels of service in a proactive, responsive, flexible and sustainable manner. In particular the EOI should detail:

1. Experience and existing or previous contracts of a similar nature
2. Full company details including total revenue, ownership structure etc.
3. Resources and systems available to undertake the services
4. Any local content proposed.

EOI's, limited to no more than 10 pages, should be uploaded to the schools tender portal at (see option below) Responses to this EOI must be uploaded by 2.00 pm, Friday 4th February 2022. Late lodgement of EOI's will not be accepted.

It is proposed that a short list will be prepared from the submissions received for the purposes of inviting detailed proposals. No information session or site inspection is proposed at this time.
