This is a Lump Sum Contract and comprises the supply of all materials, labour and plant for the construction of a new car parking area at Criterion Lane, 837-845 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt and associated stormwater drainage works.

This work involves earthwork, AC surfacing, installation of kerb, soak pits or storm water system, sumps, dish channel, concrete footpath and garden bed.
