Tender Description
This Request for Tender (RFT) relates to the provision of ‘Mail and Delivery Services’ for the Victorian Government. The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) on behalf of the State seeks to establish a non-exclusive panel arrangement whereby State Purchase Entities (SPEs) can elect to use a service with an appointed supplier on the panel.
The scope of services for this RFT includes:
- mail services including mail pick-up and delivery and post office box clearance and lodgement; and
- courier services including general (same day service, overnight service, express service or pre-arranged delivery date), secure and set-run courier services.
DTF is seeking responses from providers who can demonstrate commitment and collaboration over the term of the Final Master Supply Agreement to partner with other suppliers on the panel to continuously seek improvements in value, efficiency and productivity for the mutual benefit of State and Tenderer.
