The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide ongoing support for a GOVCMS-hosted site www.ric.gov.au.

The main task is ongoing SLA backed service desk support services for site enhancements, functionality, security and optimisation to the site as required.

This project is to supply ongoing web support to the Regional Investment Corporation. The project is low-volume although may go through significant peaks in activity from time to time. We are seeking a supplier confident in the use of Drupal8, who can provide timely responses via a service level agreement.
