Tenderers are invited to participate in Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) sourcing event Doc 10396521 Supply and Delivery of Diesel Fuel to Mobile and Embedded Generation Sites. The tender will be released via SAP Ariba on Monday 21 February 2022.

The Scope of proposed works includes:

The supply, transportation, and delivery of diesel fuel to EQL’s mobile and embedded generation sites located at multiple sites throughout Queensland including rural, isolated or remote locations. Uninterrupted supply of this service is essential for the day-to-day operation of the EQL generator fleet and makes a significant contribution to the reliability of the EQL network.

The tender is being conducted in EQL’s online tendering tool, SAP Ariba. All relevant documentation (including the proposed Agreement, Scope and Response Schedules) will be available on SAP Ariba from 21 February 2022 until Monday 21 March 2022.

Tenderers are required to register with SAP Ariba to participate in this procurement process, if you wish to participate, please follow the below instructions:

1. Notify the Contact Officer suzie.bramham@energyq.com.au of your intention to participate. The email subject is to contain the above tender title including the Doc number and should contain the following;

• Contact name
• Phone number

2. Access the sourcing event via the link contained in the Ariba notification email. Please note this link will expire within 24 hours.
3. Tenderers must accept the prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the ‘Review and Accept Prerequisites’ tab. Further information on participating in sourcing events is located at https://www.energyq.com.au/suppliers.
4. If the Tenderer elects to submit a response, they must do so using SAP Ariba.
