Echuca Regional Health are seeking expressions of interest for up to 3 community members to join the Echuca Regional Health Audit and Risk Committee.
As a committee of the Board of Directors, its purpose is to provide oversight and governance responsibilities and obligations in regard to the integrity of financial reporting, risk management, the internal control environment, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and oversight of the internal and external audit functions.
The criteria for appointment are experience and/or qualifications in at least one of the following areas: Auditing, Risk Management, Governance, Public Sector Management, Law.
Community members are appointed to the committee for an initial term of up to three years.
Expressions of interest, addressed to ERH Audit and Risk Committee Chair, can be emailed to board@erh.org.au by close of business on Monday 21 February 2022.
A selection panel will assess applicants prior to making any recommendation for appointment to the Board.
