Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Services (SCHHS) Building Engineering and Maintenance (BEMS) has identified the need for the construction of 79 additional carparks spread across three separate areas at Caloundra Hospital:
- Carpark A
- Carpark B
- Carpark G
The works will include the following:
- Preliminaries
- Demolition
- Bulk Earthworks
- Bitumen Carparking
- Concrete Footpaths
- Kerbs and Channels
- Site Stormwater Drainage
- Markings
- Electrical
- Signage
Caloundra Hospital is a fully functioning hospital and operates 24 hours, 7 days per week. The utmost care must be taken to minimise any disruption to services.
A mandatory site inspection will be held at 2pm on Thursday 24 February 2022.
Suppliers wishing to confirm attendance at the mandatory site inspection should email:
sc-contractservices@health.qld.gov.au by close of business on Tuesday 22 February 2022.
A SCHHS representative will confirm your attendance at the site inspection and provide further details regarding the meeting point location.
