At Hey Mate, we are a social enterprise that provides mental health and wellbeing support and education to the creative industries and wider community.

A part of the work we do to support the creative industries is an initiative we run called LEWP ( Live Event Wellbeing Program) where we provide social and emotional support at live events for artists, crew and gig goers who may experience anxiety, having a hard time time or would like to know more about managing their mental wellbeing. I actually started with LEWP in 2020 after consulting with an organisation in the UK that facilitated something similar on a European tour for Lewis Capaldi in 2019 / 2020 who has also experienced anxiety.

The facts are that one in five Australians experience a mental illness in any year and a recent international study led by researchers from the University of Queensland estimated anxiety disorders grew by more than 25% worldwide in 2020.

After two years we are about to launch LEWP on its first national tour with Torch Fest. We are looking for creative brands and organisations that would like to support us in the work that we do by becoming a tour sponsor and in turn have access to a unique sponsorship opportunity.

A comprehensive sponsorship package is available for various levels including major sponsor, creative collaborator and creative contributor.

We can also work with you to tailor a sponsorship package that meets your organisation's objectives.
