This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The ACSC is seeking a Sellers with Agencycapability to develop and support an existing site. The site uses Drupal 9 frameworks, and requires website enhancement, maintenance and support services for the public facing website and closed portal. The site is hosted using Amazon Web Services. For this opportunity, the services must be provided from within Australia. Utilising international subcontracted services is not appropriate for this project.
Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Sellers responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support to maintain and deliver a website and portal function ;
- Add features to the Portal such as amending new user email notification to include automatic password generation, incorporating a notification and follow feature for users on the forum;
- Ongoing requirement to provide support for content publishing to the public facing pages and minor amendments on an ad hoc basis;
- Accessibility to meet Australian Government guidelines, including incorporating Pasifika references to ensure cultural relevance and accessibility and mobile accessibility
In addition, this project requires documentation of processes undertaken and the transfer of skills and knowledge to the Project Manager
