Grampians Health is the name of the recently amalgamated: Ballarat Health Services, Wimmera Health Care Group (Horsham), Edenhope and District Memorial Hospital and Stawell Regional Health.

Grampians Health is seeking a service provider to provide delivery of equipment, food and medication to people with COVID isolating at home. The service will drop ‘packages’ to either the front door or the letter box of homes of people living within a 30km radius of Grampians Health (Ballarat Campus). This is clean equipment that is to support people with COVID and does not include the service provider to have any physical or close contact with people who are COVID positive.
