Gardens Stage 2 – approximately 42 properties
The Asset Management Unit of Homes Victoria is planning to release a request for tender in April 2022. The tender will cover external Maintenance to approximately 42 units on the Banksia Gardens estate in Broadmeadows. The tender includes a large amount of external painting and new fencing. This will be a selective tender and potential tender recipients will be selected from the Construction Supplier Register (CSR).
