Tender Description

Mentone Grammar School requesting Construction services only for an Early Works Package including service relocation for utilities power, gas, hydraulic and fire services.  Specifically a new Main Distribution Board required to be supplied and installed; a new upgraded gas meter to be installed and connected to provide continued gas supply across campus. Trenching services required across all nominated services including placement of above ground services to below ground. Works also include a localised area for soil remediation works.
