This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Senior CRM Developer will act as Technical Lead, working closely with solution developers and testers across multi-disciplinary teams that use waterfall and agile principles and practices to deliver client-centred solutions. They will collaborate with, and take direction from, the Solution Architect, Project Manager and Director, Customer & Collaboration team to provide technical leadership and build technical capability within the branch to a high standard.
The duties of this role include, however are not limited to:
• Establishing and maintaining all aspects of SDLC
• Liaising with key stakeholders such as:
- Various teams at our infrastructure provider
- Stakeholders within Technology and Innovation
- Customer teams in business and user areas
• Setting and maintaining high quality standards through design and coding reviews
• Producing and implementing quality management and governance documents such as
- Solution Architecture, Disaster Recovery Plans, Security Risk Management Plans, Standard Operating Procedures
• Data migration, knowledge of creating and running SSIS packages.
• Maintaining second level support functions, and assisting to develop and empower first level support functions
• Collaborating with teams containing complimentary skill sets to work cohesively as a branch
• Supporting and coordinating enhancement of existing systems through change management processes
• Performing the role of Technical Advisor in an agile project management team
• Maintaining and supporting related tools and technology for core systems and SDLC practices
• Aligning work direction to guiding principles such as Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Strategy and other standards and methodologies required
• Transferring technical knowledge and skills to other team members
