The Shire of Gingin is calling for Expressions of Interest for the lease of selected areas with the Gingin Railway Station property located at Lot 500 Jones St, Gingin. The facility is suited to either community or commercial based pursuits with universal access. A portion of the building is currently occupied by a café.
