The Scope of Works for the project are as described by the project brief, included within the tender documentation & in summary below;
- Excavation & disposal of materials as a result of works associated
- Piling & foundations
- Construction of temporary & permanent realigned Hammersmith St with staff & tenant parking
- Coordination of all service authorities ensuring connection of required services
- 1 Basement level, carparking comprising of;
- 71 parking spaces, lift lobby, access controls, switch & communication room, fire & mechanical services.
- Warehouse Ground-Floor, high bay warehouse comprising of;
- Base build fitout, amenities, two (2) dock levellers & DDA lift.
- External Warehouse, associated civil & service works comprising of;
- Installation of fire sprinkler tank, construction of realigned temporary & permanent Hammersmith St with tenant & staff
parking, landscaping, Stormwater, access controls.
