Grampians Health – Ballarat is undertaking a construction project to relocate the existing Diagnostic Services into Level 1 of the Gardiner Pittard Building. The designated work area is currently an empty shell with base building service provisions typically located across the underside of the slab over external walls enclosing the space. The appointed Contractor will be required to fit-out the area (of 1,000 sqm) with new administration areas, treatment rooms and support spaces. The works will be finished to commercial office standard complete with technical services to operate specialist equipment. The works will be undertaken within a sensitive environment requiring coordination of works and services across multiple floors. The works are anticipated to be completed within 9 months.
