The Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct partners are looking to engage an external research consultant to co design and develop a range of resources to support the unique integrated operating model at the Precinct in Gladstone. The Precinct has been designed to strengthen Gladstone’s community and social service system by the clustering of community facilities to improve and enhance service delivery and community outcomes. Agencies and community groups are invited to utlise the shared spaces at the precinct through a unique community driven governance model. 

The timeframe for this project is April 2022 – July/August 2023. 

A program logic and evaluation framework has been developed and will be made available to the successful applicant
