Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) is in the process of leveraging multiple cloud vendors across different classifications to deliver on its mission. As the organisation’s usage of cloud scales, ASD is seeking to mature the commercial cloud financial operations it uses to manage the financial aspects of cloud.

ASD is seeking industry assistance to develop a Cloud FinOps Strategy & Plan tailored to ASD to provide the organisation with recommendations and options that will enable a successful implementation.
