DSTG is currently developing an operating model to support a new proposed organisational structure. The operating model will guide the development of a DSTG Business Management System (BMS). In line with Defence modelling standards, the DSTG BMS will be developed as part of Defence’s IBSS platform, which is based upon Holocentric. This will be the first DSTG presence in IBSS and DSTG intends to leverage existing content where possible and will also seek to integrate DSTG business with the rest of Defence using the IBSS platform.
